At EBC Inc., we're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure projects, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various construction projects across Ontario.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in contracting industry and ability to read technical design drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, etc. is essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning and coordination of site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with company quality standards by inspecting work daily, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including as-builts, submittals, RFI's, NCR, etc.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication channels between suppliers, subcontractors, professionals, and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 2-5 years of experience in contracting industry (heavy civil preferred);
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical design drawings;
  • Experience with scheduling and planning site activities;
  • Excellent command of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, etc.
Competitive Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits package that includes 4 weeks' annual vacation, flexible group insurance program, group RRSP with employer contribution, 24-hour access to virtual doctor, training and development programs, employee assistance program, active social club, and diverse working environment.
