Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Superintendent to join our team at Euro Asia Transload Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our transportation department, ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize daily transportation operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on transportation performance and trends.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of transportation staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage transportation budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transportation operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure that our transportation operations comply with all relevant laws and standards.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
