Job Title: Transportation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our team at All Right Trucking 99 Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing policies and standards for our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, supervise, and train staff to ensure efficient and effective transportation operations.
  • Manage finances and budget to optimize logistics costs.
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and track goods in transit.
  • Ensure transport compliance with regulations and develop policies and standards for logistics operations.
  • Negotiate services and preferential rates with suppliers.
  • Oversee scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in transportation management.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in recruiting, supervising, and training staff.
  • Ability to manage finances and budget.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
