Job Overview

Aramark Canada is seeking a skilled Food Service Worker Lead to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of food preparation, cash handling, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead food preparation and assist in preparing food items for the day
  • Manage cash handling, POS, debit transactions, and daily banking
  • Order from preferred suppliers and maintain inventory controls
  • Ensure daily temperature logs are completed and adhere to regulated Health and Safety Procedures
  • Assist with daily safety observations and report safety hazards to management
  • Cross-train in areas as needed and perform tasks as requested by your manager
  • Lead the food service team to ensure timely and effective service to customers
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed instructions
  • Food service experience preferred
