Account Development Manager

Survalent is seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to lead and shape a team of sales development representatives. As a key member of our Canadian Sales & Account Development team, you will play a critical role in mentoring and guiding your team to achieve their sales development quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales development representatives to ensure they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure representatives are meeting or exceeding their quotas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align the account development strategy with broader business goals.

Requirements:

  • University degree with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Account Development Representative or in a similar sales development role.
  • Management experience is an asset, particularly in leading small teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales development tools like Atrium and Groove.
