Job Description

At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 accounting staff and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the smooth operation of accounting equipment and systems, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
