Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

ONTARIO INC. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members in accounting procedures and policies
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of accounting equipment and software
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Co-ordinate and assign work tasks to team members
  • Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
