Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Commercialization Manager to lead the successful commercialization of strategic North American and Global CPG initiatives and product launches, driving results aligned with our long-term plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to develop project scope, manage timelines, budget, and resourcing; provide clear communication of risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders.
  • Stage Gate: Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the stage gate process, ensuring completion and accuracy of stage gate documents for informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-launch reviews, recommend improvements to the commercialization process, and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of innovation tools and processes, Stage Gate, or similar iterative development processes.
  • Expert communication and influencing skills to drive effective discussions at all levels.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and aptitude to learn new concepts/tools.
  • Supply chain knowledge and experience in a food or CPG manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related experience in project management and/or analytical roles, with a minimum of 3 years in product commercialization.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working in agile or start-up environments is a plus.

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
