Our Opportunity

The Senior Commercialization Manager - CPG will lead the successful commercialization of strategic North American and Global CPG initiatives and product launches, driving results that meet our annual targets and long-term goals. This role will manage projects from concept to product launch, optimizing the RBI commercialization process and stage gate methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop project scope, incorporating inputs from suppliers and stakeholders
    • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
    • Communicate risks and mitigation plans to key stakeholders
    • Identify scope changes, including timing and cost implications
    • Elevate decisions to senior leaders when necessary
    • Foster effective team engagement, including recurring meetings and status tracking
  • Stage Gate
    • Manage stakeholders throughout the stage gate process, ensuring completion and accuracy of stage gate documents
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Conduct post-launch reviews, recommending improvements to the commercialization process
    • Identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance collaboration

Essential Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge of innovation tools and processes, such as Stage Gate
  • Expert communication and influencing skills, driving discussions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools
  • Supply chain knowledge and experience in a food or CPG manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related experience in project management and/or analytical roles, with a minimum of 3 years in product commercialization
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience working in agile or start-up environments is a plus

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
