Auditor - Hospitality Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and mathematically skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Operations: Accurately balance and close the day's business, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reconciled.
- Revenue Management: Maximize room revenue every shift while delivering against key financial goals for the department.
- Guest Experience: Create a lasting positive impression on each guest by exceeding expectations and ensuring a warm, pleasant, and memorable experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor during all guest encounters, responding appropriately to guest complaints.
- Administrative Tasks: Efficiently book guest reservations, process payment types, and complete daily auditing and closing procedures.
- Experience: Previous experience in front desk, night audit, or a similar role in the hospitality industry is an asset.
- Skills: Advanced math and bookkeeping skills, proficiency in English, and technical savviness.
- Working Conditions: This position will include night shift work, with occasional day shift or afternoon/evening shifts as needed. Long periods of standing and occasional lifting and bending may be required.
