Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Winfire Hospitality.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, maintaining a high level of customer service, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Accuracy: Verify and balance all hotel transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of hotel inventory, including supplies and amenities.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of hotel guests and staff, following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and technology.
Work Environment:

The Night Auditor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and staff on a regular basis.

Language:

The primary language spoken in this role is English.

Work Schedule:

The Night Auditor will work a regular schedule of 40 to 44 hours per week.
