About the Role

Rapid Ground Xpress is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one place to another.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement plans to prioritize and organize tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Task Coordination: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, providing insights for process improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including production supervisors, warehouse teams, and customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
