We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team at Rapid Ground Xpress. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from our warehouse to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and recorded.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with our warehouse and production units to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.
- Communication: Communicate with customers, warehouse staff, and production teams to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on order status and delivery schedules.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
