About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ALPATECH GLOBAL LOGISTICS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and process customer orders and instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Track and complete work orders, maintaining accurate records and logs.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Follow up on issues related to work orders, resolving conflicts and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of dispatch management service software and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions
  • Work setting: Freight forwarding.
  • Work language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
