About the Opportunity

As a seasoned change management professional, you will lead initiatives across Group Functions Technology (GFT) to drive transformation and continuous improvement. Reporting to the AVP, Technology Business Strategy & Management, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities and assess the impact of change on the organization.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, mentor plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks and develop mitigation tactics to address concerns.
  • Consult and mentor project teams to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Build actionable deliverables to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication, with active listening skills.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Be a source of expertise and coaching for team members.
  • Ability to understand and articulate how technology enables business value.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a propensity to persevere in ambiguous situations.
