Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Plan Group.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, generating quotations, sourcing parts, and monitoring the invoicing process. You will work closely with the Account Executive to leverage your communication and leadership skills to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed documentation to resolve client inquiries.
  • Enter accurate client data into Jonas to maintain up-to-date client profiles.
  • Develop the monthly maintenance schedule to conserve client equipment and meet SLA requirements.
  • Generate quotations for clients to provide a scope of work.
  • Assist the Purchasing department to obtain pricing for required parts.
  • Monitor the invoice creation and delivery process to ensure timely billing.
  • Communicate with clients disputing invoices to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of related industry experience; electrical trade experience an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAP considered an asset.
