Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Ferro Mechanical is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Resolve conflict situations and ensure project teams are working effectively.
  • Consult with clients after project completion to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized approach.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide analytical support.
  • Experience in providing mentorship programs and cultural competency training.
