Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and supplies.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and team productivity.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
