Warehouse Operations Manager

Fraser Plastics Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and efficiency.
- 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Proven track record of inventory management and control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
