Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Fraser Plastics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse activities and performance
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed to support warehouse operations
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as required
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment

  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities
