Warehouse Operations Manager

Fraser Plastics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse activities and performance
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Recruit and hire staff to support warehouse operations
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company procedures
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the warehouse
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment
