Field Operations Manager

About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in field operations, customer service, and team management. As a Manager Field Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a team of field operations technicians to ensure exceptional customer service and meet technician craft expectations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborating with directors to drive priorities and make informed decisions.
- Managing budgets, resources, and operational processes to achieve business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting regular site visits to assess operational performance.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in field operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CATV, CATV plant maintenance, construction, planning, installations, and service experience.
- Supervisory training and/or experience, with a strong understanding of operational and capital budgets.
