Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement effective work schedules and staffing plans
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales, inventory, and labor data
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
