Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a variety of locations, including our restaurants and cafes.
