Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure accurate inventory management
- Recruit and hire food service staff, ensuring a diverse and skilled team
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
