Project Manager - British Columbia Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our British Columbia Land Surveyor team. As a key member of our GeoVerra team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and forecast outcomes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage client expectations and scope changes through effective communication.
  • Identify and resolve project and team issues.
  • Communicate with clients and internal team members to ensure timely flow of information and actions.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and industry standards are met or exceeded.
  • Facilitate a high-performance environment and mentor team members.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Geomatics Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Registered as a British Columbia Land Surveyor.
  • 3+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success in managing client expectations, scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
