Guest Services Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our dynamic team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front office team to provide prompt, professional, and personalized service to guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenues and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all front office operations are running efficiently and effectively, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Train and develop the skills of front office staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in front office operations and customer service.
