Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Architect to join our Global Learning & Development team in Canada. This role involves building, managing and facilitating learning solutions, providing a world-class learning experience to our employees & driving strategic initiatives that improve the foundation of our programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate learning launches by collaborating with internal stakeholders to create buy-in and increase adoption rates
  • Support full-cycle learning design and development needs on a global scale using a variety of instructional design and delivery techniques (e.g., eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led)
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and the experience as part of a learning loop framework of continuous improvement
  • Create and support a positive employee learning experience for all team members
  • Leverage your design, facilitation, and participant experience expertise to support the creation, assembly, and maintenance of learning materials, including slide decks, participant presentations, Elearnings, etc.
  • Monitor survey submissions and completions, including analyzing their results and generating reports to make future improvements
  • Apply data analysis to make informed decisions and recommendations on learning needs and solutions
  • Support a learning framework for ApplyBoard employees across all functional areas of the business, in alignment and partnership with the P&C team
  • Collaborate and strategize with HR Partners and other stakeholders to identify current and future training needs and priorities
  • Drive employee engagement activities in partnership with the Global P&C team that directly impact year-over-year engagement scores
  • Mentor fellow L&D team members as we scale up our learning offerings
  • Drive efficiencies and productivity within the L&D processes

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience working in the learning & development field encompassing facilitation and end-to-end builds of learning solutions
  • Understanding and application of project management methodologies to build cross-functional, global learning solutions
  • Ability to administer and analyze a learning needs analysis
  • Excellent technical writing experience
  • Certificate in Adult Learning and/or Leadership Coaching certification
  • Prior experience with any LMS, Brightspace LMS is an asset
  • Prior experience with Employee Engagement
