The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our mortgage broking team, overseeing the preparation of reports, advising senior management, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Manage contracts and address customers' complaints or concerns
