Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Manager to join our team at Walser Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
- Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets and costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to reduce expenses.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Education: Diploma or degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in project management software and tools.
