Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Manager to join our team at Walser Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones.
  • Site Management: Plan and manage budgets, direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, and develop and implement quality control programs.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 11-20 people, including contractors and staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check, driver's validity license check, and drug test.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction operations management.
  • Language: English.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
