Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Manager to join our team at Walser Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones.
- Site Operations: Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, and plan and manage budgets.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 11-20 people, including contractors and staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Security and Safety: Conduct criminal record checks, driver's validity licence checks, and drug tests as required.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction operations or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, various locations, industrial construction, and office building.
