Energy Efficiency Advisor

At TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, we're seeking a skilled Energy Efficiency Advisor to help deliver a residential energy affordability program in British Columbia.

As an Energy Efficiency Advisor, you will work with residents to understand their needs and provide personalized energy reduction strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating residential homes to recommend energy-saving upgrades, such as new fridges, attic insulation, heat pumps, and high-efficiency gas furnaces, in accordance with program guidelines
  • Providing residents with energy-saving tips and advice
  • Installing energy-saving products, including lightbulbs and aerators

Requirements for this exciting opportunity include:

  • Overnight and seasonal travel (up to 95%) as required, with flexible options provided and daily per diem
  • 3 years of residential construction experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Building science is an asset
  • Home inspection experience is an asset
  • Construction/Building envelope courses an asset
  • HVAC experience an asset
  • F280 knowledge is an asset
