Job Title: IT Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Expert to join our team. As an IT Transformation Expert, you will play a key role in advising clients on information technology strategies to meet their business objectives and improve the structure and efficiency of their organizations' I&IT systems.

About the Role

The IT Transformation Expert will work closely with clients to define project scope, determine requirements, and develop solutions to implement new systems and enhance existing ones. You will provide subject matter expertise in I&IT and highly expert technical assistance, as well as lead and coach Agile teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on information technology strategies to meet their business objectives
  • Develop and implement IT transformation plans to improve the structure and efficiency of clients' organizations' I&IT systems
  • Lead and coach Agile teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, and alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with clients to define project scope, determine requirements, and develop solutions to implement new systems and enhance existing ones
  • Provide subject matter expertise in I&IT and highly expert technical assistance

Requirements

  • Scrum Master certified and/or demonstrated experience in managing Scrum projects in sprints
  • Experience working on Agile developed projects
  • Demonstrated experience using DevOps to manage backlogs and sprints
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project Office and Visio
  • Experience in development and analysis with Salesforce Public Sector Foundations
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development design implementation and maintenance of applications

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
