Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to oversee the operations of a retail food stores inspector. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization. They will also be responsible for representing the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years of experience in a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized and team player
