Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Thompson, MB.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a physically demanding environment
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
