Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Thompson, MB.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and will be required to work physically demanding tasks.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
