Job Title: Guitar Maker

F BASS INC. is seeking a skilled Guitar Maker to join our team. As a Guitar Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality carvings from wood, stone, and other materials, constructing instruments, and supervising apprentices or other artisans.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and a passion for creating musical instruments. You will work in a dust-free environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities
  • Produce carvings from wood, stone, and other materials
  • Construct instruments
  • Supervise apprentices or other artisans
  • Clean, polish, file, or otherwise finish products
  • Check final assembly for finish, labeling, and packaging methods
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in woodworking or a related field
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
