We are seeking a skilled Guitar Maker to join our team at F BASS INC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality instruments that meet our exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Produce intricate carvings from wood, stone, and other materials to create unique and beautiful instruments.
- Construct instruments with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a high level of quality and craftsmanship.
- Supervise apprentices or other artisans to ensure they meet our standards and are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
- Clean, polish, file, or otherwise finish products to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for distribution.
- Inspect final assemblies for finish, labeling, and packaging methods to ensure they meet our quality control standards.
- 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
- Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination are essential for this role.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and work accurately.
