F BASS INC. is seeking a skilled Guitar Craftsman to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality instruments that meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce intricate carvings from wood, stone, and other materials.
  • Construct instruments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supervise apprentices or other artisans to ensure consistent quality.
  • Clean, polish, file, or otherwise finish products to perfection.
  • Inspect final assemblies for finish, labeling, and packaging methods.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in instrument crafting or a related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Ability to work in a dusty, noisy environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
