Job Title: Business Unit Leader - Roads & Highways

At Arcadis, we are seeking a highly experienced Business Unit Leader to lead our Roads & Highways team in Canada. As a key member of our Mobility Global Business Area, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to deliver service excellence, and leading a diverse team of senior specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the country business plan for the unit, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead the identification and targeting of clients through the delivery of service excellence, resulting in organic revenue growth.
  • Coach and mentor practice group managers, service managers, project managers, and technical managers to ensure all projects are set up for success and governance is adhered to.
  • Lead decisions on resource utilization within the business unit, maintaining the integrity of the unit composition and pyramid management structure.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the business unit's clients and the market, identifying key trends and emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • At least 15 years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a professional services firm.
