Lead Our Roads & Highways Business Unit in Canada

Arcadis is seeking a seasoned leader to head our Roads & Highways Business Unit in Canada. As a key member of our Mobility Global Business Area, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies, and leading a diverse team of senior specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the country business plan, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of senior specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, developing enduring relationships with clients to drive growth and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with governance processes and maintain an in-depth understanding of the business unit's clients and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • 15 years of experience leading and growing a significant business function within a professional services firm.
