Speech Language Therapist

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves providing assessments and designing care plans for adult clients with a range of concerns, including speech, breathing, and swallowing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments in clients' homes using standardized tools
- Develop evidence-based care plans and provide therapy services
- Partner with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to achieve care goals
- Graduate of a recognized post-secondary program in Speech Language Pathology
- Current registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Flexible and organized with excellent communication and analytical skills
