Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Kurves Brow Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with special needs, coordinating activities with other work units, and monitoring quality and production levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Operations: Monitor quality and production levels, prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
