We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GOYAL IMPEX INC. This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring that all office procedures and routines are established and implemented effectively. Your responsibilities will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as training other workers in their roles.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support business objectives.
  • Train and develop skills in other workers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to colleagues and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries from customers and stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions and strategy.
  • Provide advice and guidance to senior management on administrative matters.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the workplace is well-stocked and functional.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. The position also includes a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
