Family Law Content Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Family Law Content Specialist to join our team at LEAP Legal Software. As a key member of our Content Development team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our business by creating high-quality content for our family law software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research to identify areas for improvement in our software and provide recommendations for new features and content.
  • Meet with users to gather feedback and work closely with our developers to bring your ideas to life.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date content for our family law software, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our DivorceMate team to create engaging and informative content for our clients.
  • Train clients on how to use our software and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience working in the legal industry, preferably in family law.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience using legal document management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a collaborative team environment.
