Family Law Content Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Family Law Content Specialist to join our team at LEAP Legal Software. As a key member of our Content Development team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our business by creating high-quality content that meets the needs of our clients who practice Family Law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research to identify areas where our software can be improved to support our clients in Family Law.
  • Meet with users to gather feedback and work closely with our developers to bring your recommendations to life.
  • Train clients on how to use our software content in LEAP.
  • Assist in new project work on new content initiatives and be a key player in ensuring their successful delivery to our clients.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least three years of experience working in the legal industry as a lawyer, paralegal, or law clerk within the Family Law area.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Experience using a legal document management software program.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Driven to provide the best possible result for clients.
