Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, presentation, and service standards
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality food and beverage products
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service and high-quality food. You will be required to stand for long periods, bend, and lift heavy objects.
