Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand. You will be required to stand for long periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks, and walk to move around the restaurant.
