We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with suppliers, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and spreadsheet skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
